  4. Returns & Refunds: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at hello@kimberandoak.com within 48 hours of receipt so that we can promptly rectify the situation through, at our sole discretion, replacement or compensation equal to or greater than the amount that was paid for the damaged product(s).
